Quintilon Technologies Inc. ("we" or "us") provides Yoro. When you accept these Terms, you enter a contract with us.
If you act for a business, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that business.
1. Use of Yoro
Yoro helps you plan and record production. You must have legal capacity to accept these Terms. Use Yoro for lawful business purposes.
Do not:
- Access another person's account or data without permission.
- Send unlawful content or harmful software.
- Interfere with Yoro or bypass its access controls and plan limits.
- Copy or reverse engineer Yoro, except where the law permits this.
2. Plans and payment
Free is available worldwide. Paid subscriptions are available only to US residents and US-based organizations. The Pricing page shows each plan's limits. Free includes 2 new batches per UTC calendar month, 1 active recipe and 3 active items. Maker includes 5 new batches per paid subscription period, 3 active recipes and 10 active items. Archiving frees an active slot. If a plan change leaves too many active records, choose what to keep active before starting new production. All records, history, simulations, exports, corrections and completion of already-started work remain available. New production uses the latest version of an active recipe. Cancellation or resubscription does not reset the current allowance.
Maker subscriptions renew each month in USD. Checkout shows the price and payment terms before you pay. You authorize the recurring charges that you accept at checkout.
To stop future charges, end your subscription through your account before its next renewal. Your account shows when paid access ends. Any refund rights under applicable law remain in effect.
3. Your account
Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the actions that you authorize through your account and connected services.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support@yoro.ai.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of your data. You give us permission to use your data to provide Yoro. You must have the necessary rights to submit that data.
Each party must protect the other party's confidential information. Each party can use that information only for this contract or as the law requires.
The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and how long we retain it.
5. Connected services
Connected services have separate terms and privacy policies. Review their responses and proposed changes before you act.
6. Our rights
We and our licensors retain ownership of Yoro, its software, and its brand. These Terms permit you to use Yoro.
7. Account closure
You can permanently delete your account through your account page. Deletion immediately ends all subscriptions, including paid time remaining after cancellation and scheduled renewals, and removes your production records. You forfeit any unused paid access. This cannot be undone. Signing up again, even with the same email, creates a new account and does not restore deleted records, subscriptions or unused paid time. Download your records and receipts before deletion. Any refund rights under applicable law remain in effect. We retain records that the law requires.
We can suspend or end access for unpaid fees, a serious breach of these Terms, or a security risk. These Terms continue to apply to obligations that remain after account closure.
8. Service and liability
Where the law permits, we provide Yoro without warranties. We do not guarantee continuous access or error-free results.
Where the law permits, neither party is liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost revenue, or lost data. Our total liability cannot exceed the greater of CAD 100 or the fees you paid in the 12 months before the incident.
These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional or gross fault, or bodily or moral injury. They do not limit your obligation to pay fees. No part of these Terms limits rights that the law does not permit us to exclude.
9. Changes to these Terms
For a material change, we will give you notice before it takes effect. The notice will state the effective date. If you do not accept the change, stop your use of Yoro before that date.
Your continued use after that date means you accept the change, where the law permits.
10. Applicable law
The laws of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada govern this contract. The courts in Montréal, Québec, hear disputes, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
