Quintilon Technologies Inc. provides Yoro and is responsible for the personal information that we hold. Personal information means information that can identify a person.
1. Information we collect and use
We collect information through account forms, your connected services, payment providers, and your use of Yoro:
- Account information: your name, email address, profile details, and sign-in information. We use it to manage your account and contact you.
- Workspace information: production records and other information that you submit. We use it to provide your workspace and production tools.
- Billing information: billing name and address, residency confirmation, subscription details, payment amounts, and payment records. We use it to manage subscriptions, confirm eligibility, provide invoices and receipts, and meet financial obligations.
- Payment method information: card type and last four digits. We use these to identify the payment method on billing documents. Our payment providers handle full card details. Yoro does not store full card details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser details, requests, sign-in activity, and errors. We use it to protect Yoro, diagnose problems, and improve service reliability.
- Support information: information that you send us when you ask for help. We use it to respond to you.
We request consent where the law requires it. We do not use this Policy as consent for unrelated purposes.
2. Who receives information
We share necessary information with providers that handle account access, payments, hosting, and information storage.
We share workspace information with the connected services that you authorize. Their providers handle that information under their own privacy policies. You can block connections through your account.
We also disclose information when the law requires it. Where the law permits, we disclose necessary information to protect rights and security.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.
We store workspace records in Canada. Our providers can process personal information in the United States or other countries. Those countries can have different privacy laws.
3. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in and security. They can identify your browser or session. Your IP address can indicate your approximate location.
You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings. Yoro cannot provide all features without necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. How long we keep information
We keep information while we need it to provide Yoro, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet legal obligations.
Account deletion removes your production workspace. We keep required payment records and limited security information to prevent old connections from restoring a deleted account.
Account deletion does not remove copies already received by connected providers. Contact our Privacy Officer for information about retention periods.
5. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your personal information. You can also ask about automated decisions where the law gives you that right. You can withdraw consent, subject to legal requirements. This can prevent us from providing features that need that information.
Your account lets you edit permitted profile details, download production records, block connections, and delete your account.
For other requests or complaints, contact our Privacy Officer. We can ask for identity information to verify your request. You can ask about information use, sharing, retention, and who can access it.
You can also complain to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
6. Protection and contact
We restrict access to personal information and use security measures to protect it. We notify you about privacy incidents when the law requires it.
Our Privacy Officer handles privacy requests and complaints.

We publish changes on this page and update the date above. We give notice before material changes take effect.
