Yoro Waitlist Terms of Service

Thank you for your interest in Yoro! By signing up for our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which outline the guidelines, obligations, and rights of both you and Yoro.

1. Overview of Yoro's Waitlist

• The waitlist is an early access list for users who want to be among the first to try out our AI-powered platform for small business idea development.
• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access, and access may be granted at Yoro’s sole discretion as we continue to develop and refine our platform.

2. Experimental Nature of Yoro

• Yoro is in its early, experimental stages. By participating in the waitlist and using any pre-release versions of the platform, you acknowledge that the platform may undergo frequent updates, changes, or feature modifications that could impact your experience.
• We may modify or discontinue features or functionalities with little to no notice as we work to enhance the platform.

3. No Paid Services

• Yoro currently offers no paid services. By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that your participation is for informational purposes only and does not establish a commercial relationship with Yoro.
• All services, notifications, and updates provided to waitlist members are offered free of charge.

4. Disclaimer of Data Loss

• Due to the experimental and evolving nature of the platform, data loss or modification may occur during updates or as a result of discontinued features. Yoro is not liable for any data loss, and we encourage you to maintain personal backups of any data or ideas you input during the early access period.
• While we strive to provide a stable environment, participation in the waitlist is at your own risk regarding data security and continuity.

5. Eligibility

• To join the waitlist, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• By joining, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

6. Privacy and Data Use

• We are committed to protecting your privacy. By joining the waitlist, you agree that Yoro may collect, store, and use your information to provide you with early access notifications, platform updates, and service announcements.
• Your information will not be disclosed publicly or to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Yoro may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve its services and platform experience.

7. Early Access Notifications

• Waitlist members may receive emails about platform progress, release dates, and features. By joining, you consent to receive these communications, which are integral to your waitlist membership.
• You can unsubscribe at any time, though unsubscribing may affect your position on the waitlist.

8. Intellectual Property

• Yoro owns all rights, titles, and interests in and to the platform, including but not limited to software, content, and trademarks.
• Your participation in the waitlist grants no ownership rights, and any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Yoro is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from waitlist participation, platform access delays, data loss, or any decisions you make based on waitlist communications.

10. Changes to the Terms

• Yoro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify waitlist members of significant changes, and continued waitlist participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
